Thank you for taking the time to look at my profile.  I am hopefuly that you choose me     to be    Your Real Estate Agent.

My promise to each of you is to treat each person with the utmost respect, honesty, and availabitliy.  While on the professional side, I will have your best interest throught the negotations, the processes, and your needs as a Seller or a Buyer.

I have been a licensed Real Estate for about 5 years, and have consistently helped a number of Buyers and Sellers from Seattle to Arlington.  Within the last 3 years, i have been shifting my work to concentrate more between Marysville and Arlington, becoming one of the #1 Agents in the Gleneagle, in 2016.   One can say that George Brain is - The Subject Matter Expert when it comes to Gleneagle Real Estate.

Prior to becoming an agent, I was a Tax Professional for Amazon.com (the last 5 years of my career), and also worked for companies like T-Mobile, UnivarUSA, Labor Ready, etc (all with a multi state and international presence).  The long hours of dedication to my career were rewarding, as it was heavy on research of tax law, and applying them to solutions for the business initiatives at hand.   However, the personal touch was missing - as I am a people-person.  

I found Real Estate as the perfect segway to add to my career (not that i needed one).  Real Estate incorporates my enjoynment of people, to my likes of all the regulatory processes that have to do with real estate.   So, it has been a perfect space for me, and it shows in the way in which my clients appreciate the work I do for them.

Meanwhile, I have never considered myself a "sales man".  But rather, I consider myself a professional helping others to Sell and Market their homes - and find new homes that meet their needs.

I live in Arlington with my spouse Randy.  We both enjoy the business of real estate and the people we meet along the way, we enjoy taking care of our rentals, spending time in the warmer weather (Southern California), and love to eat good food (we are good cooks).  Both Randy and I are also involved in our community - where we volunteer time in different Committees, and Board positions.
