Owner Vickye Vasser unveils HomeSmart’s newest office in the state, helping local agents get access to personalized commission structures

Bossier City, LA – HomeSmart, the nation’s leading provider of high-quality, tech-driven real estate services, has opened a new location in Bossier City, Louisiana, at 2151 Airline Drive, STE 1000. The new office is HomeSmart Realty South’s third location in the state and will provide more agents the opportunity to work for one of the fastest-growing real estate companies in the nation.

“A big reason why we’re excited about opening another location in Louisiana, especially in Bossier City, is because we’re offering more agents the opportunity to keep more of their hard-earned commission without broker splits,” explains Vasser, a 25-year veteran of the real estate industry in Louisiana.

The first HomeSmart and transaction fee-based brokerage in North Louisiana, the new location will serve the greater Bossier City area, including Minden, Stonewall, Keithville, Blanchard, Benton, Haughton, Greenwood and Shreveport.
