Broker-Owner Reva Sullivan opens a new HomeSmart operation that will provide North Carolina-based agents top-tier commission and support

Jacksonville, North Carolina — HomeSmart, a comprehensive real estate company operating across the United States, is now expanding its footprint along the southeastern coast with a new brokerage in North Carolina.

Located at 1106 Gum Branch Rd. in Jacksonville, the brokerage continues HomeSmart’s national growth initiative by serving a region that has seen a steady rise in home selling prices. According to analysts, North Carolina landed fifth on the list of rising house prices with a 15.7% price increase over the last year, whereas neighboring South Carolina house prices rose nearly 20%, the second-highest increase nationwide. 

Headed up by 20-year real estate veteran Reva Sullivan, the new location is set to bring HomeSmart’s choice between 100% commission and its revenue share program, HomeSmart+, to agents in eastern North Carolina, including Emerald Isle, Sneads Ferry and Surf City.
