Bohemia, New York — HomeSmart continues its fast-paced growth in 2023 as it expands its presence along the northeastern coast with a new brokerage in New York’s Long Island.
HomeSmart Dynamic Realty continues the national brand’s steady growth in an industry that has witnessed issues with low housing inventory, delayed supply chain and rising prices. But even amidst these challenges, HomeSmart has managed to extend its office count, new brokerages and its number of agents already this year.

In late 2022, home prices in Long Island continued to fall, highlighting signs that the industry is slowly returning to its pre-pandemic levels. The median sales prices of homes in both Nassau and Suffolk counties fell from November to December. In fact, Nassau County alone saw average prices drop by nearly $23,000 in just a few weeks.
