“My wife and I decided it was time for a change of scenery and chose the Nashville area for our new home. When I went to contact the local HomeSmart office to transfer my license, I discovered the brokerage was not in Nashville,” says Chapman. Having previously served as a real estate agent with HomeSmart in Portland, Oregon since 2019, he chose to open HomeSmart Living Realty rather than leave the brokerage family.
Located at 99 East Main Street, Suite 200 in Franklin, the franchise is owned by industry veteran Ron Chapman, and will serve the entire Nashville area including Brentwood, Franklin, Mount Juliet, Goodlettsville, Nolensville, Hendersonville, Murfreesboro, Smyrna.
