HomeSmart International sells third Ohio franchise.

(Dayton, Ohio) – Matt Elam joins the HomeSmart franchise network to bring HomeSmart International’s high-service, high-support brokerage model to agents throughout Dayton, Cincinnati and Columbus.

HomeSmart HomeKind Realty will offer agents free training, a suite of proprietary tools and technology and a 100-percent commission model. Elam is focused on bolstering an environment where information is shared and agents have every opportunity to be successful.
