HomeSmart International Welcomes First Franchise of 2018

Real estate franchisor expands presence in Colorado with new franchise.

(Scottsdale) ⎼ HomeSmart International is pleased to announce HomeSmart Preferred Realty, the newest franchise to align with the fast-growing real estate brand. This is the first HomeSmart franchise sold in 2018, which follows the 40 new franchise locations added in 2017.

Led by broker/owner Sam Banning, the new brokerage will serve agents and consumers in Pueblo and Cañon City, Colorado. Banning joined HomeSmart in April 2017 as part of the Cherry Creek Properties acquisition in Denver when they transitioned more than 1500 agents in the company’s largest acquisition to date.
