SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — May 11, 2026 — HomeSmart welcomes Aaron Peeler as North Carolina’s market leader, the latest addition to the brokerage’s national leadership team. The move echoes the firm’s commitment to East Coast expansion, growing HomeSmart’s 100% commission, full-service model in the state.
Peeler previously served as Broker-In-Charge and Qualifying Broker at another RealTrends recognized top 100% brokerage. During his time there, he was continually recognized as the top recruiter for the region, growing the organization from less than 100 real estate professionals to over 1,000. Passionate about agent development, Peeler is also an approved continuing education provider.
