Owner Richard Raspantini debuts his Wantagh branch office, now serving Long Island’s South Shore communities

Wantagh, NY – HomeSmart Premier Living Realty continues its growth along New York’s Long Island area, opening its new office in the hamlet communities, serving Greater New York City. Operated by owner Richard Raspantini, the office is located in Wantagh and provides local agents access to 100% commission, profit-sharing options and the best tech tools in the industry. 

Raspantini opened his first HomeSmart office in 2016, serving clients from Nassau to Queens and offering agents a chance to join a flourishing brokerage that focuses on agent-first services with low fees.

“I sensed that agents needed something different from the older, traditional brands and outdated commission splits that were loaded with junk fees,” notes Raspantini, a 25-year sales industry veteran with eight years working specifically in residential real estate.

While the real estate industry has seen a drop in new homeowners in recent weeks, the Long Island peninsula has gone against the grain. Excluding communities in the Hamptons and North Fork, listings on the peninsula increased almost 1 percent year-over-year in May, a positive sign for agents, brokers and customers alike in the area.
