Owner Dean deTonnancourt debuts his Rhode Island office serving communities in nearby Providence

Warren, RI – HomeSmart continues its growth in New England, opening its new office in communities near Providence, Rhode Island, in southern Massachusetts. Operated by owner Dean deTonnancourt, the office is located in Warren and provides local agents access to 100% commission, profit-sharing options and the best tech tools in the industry. 

“Our initial expansion plan as a company included the East Bay, and we are excited to now be serving agents in that area,” notes deTonnancourt. “We are full-steam ahead on continuing our growth as a company by serving the needs of agents in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.”

This is the fifth HomeSmart office from deTonnancourt, a 33-year veteran of the real estate industry. Flying under the HomeSmart Professionals Real Estate banner, deTonnancourt’s goal is to offer agents a chance to join a flourishing brokerage that focuses on agent-first services with low fees.
