Co-Owners Marianne Drenik and Greg Pernus make their mark on the real estate market in Northeast Ohio with another franchise location in Chardon, Ohio

Chardon, OH — HomeSmart Real Estate Momentum opened its additional office in Chardon, Ohio. Already servicing agents in the Lake, Cuyahoga, Portage, Summit, and Ashtabula counties, this office allows co-owners and brokers Marianne Drenik and Greg Pernus to continue servicing more agents in Geauga county and Northeast Ohio.

“We saw the need to provide the HomeSmart model to agents in Geauga county,” said Pernus. “This gives agents an additional brick and mortar location to bring their clients to and conduct business.”

HomeSmart Real Estate Momentum opened their first office in September 2018 with just two agents. Over the last two years, they have seen exponential growth in both agent count and sales transactions. They have been one of the top brokerages in Northeast Ohio since installation. Now, they have three office locations and nearly 150 agents across Mentor, Beachwood, and Chardon, Ohio.
