Omaha, Nebraska — HomeSmart continues its fast-paced growth in 2023 by extending its reach in a burgeoning Midwest marketplace, serving Omaha and Lincoln-area residents.
Even amidst challenges like lower inventory and higher interest rates, HomeSmart has managed to significantly extend its office count, new brokerages and number of agents already this year, with the acquisition of Georgia-based Solid Source Realty in January. HomeSmart Realty Partners, which recently opened another new location in Montana, continues the national brand’s steady growth.
Headed up by Brian Marincic, who has more than 23 years of real estate industry experience, and responsible broker Donna Jennings, the new location is set to bring HomeSmart’s dedication to high-quality service to clients as well as 24/7 support, innovative all-in-one processing tools, training and unmatched company culture to area agents in eastern Nebraska.
