Kalispell, Montana — HomeSmart, a comprehensive real estate brokerage company operating across the United States, is opening its first location in Montana, and its fifth under the HomeSmart Realty Partners banner.

Owner Brian Marincic and Managing Broker Donna Jennings will bring HomeSmart’s high-value, high-tech and agent-centric model to a state that saw a slight rise in population in the last year, especially around mountain towns and ski resort regions. Together, Brian and Donna oversee more than 200 agents in HomeSmart Realty Partners’ operations in this new location as well as in Nebraska, Colorado and Wyoming.

The new HomeSmart Realty Partners office will provide consumer services in Flathead Valley, Missoula, Helena and Great Falls with further plans to expand throughout Montana to come.
