Former Chief of Staff, Katie Cooper, has accepted a new role as Chief Operating Officer to become the newest member of the brokerage’s executive roster.
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — February 27, 2024 — HomeSmart recently announced some exciting changes to the brokerage’s leadership team at their annual real estate conference, Growth Summit. Former Chief of Staff, Katie Cooper, has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer.
Since joining the organization in early 2023, she has been a key figure in the organization’s day-to-day operations. She has spearheaded initiatives focused on increasing efficiencies and streamlining every aspect of the business, providing agents and franchise partners across the country with an improved real estate experience.

Katie understands what it truly means to succeed in real estate. She transitioned over her impressive career from brokerage executive leadership at Sotheby’s into consulting, serving as CEO and lead strategist at an independent agency before onboarding as HomeSmart’s Chief of Staff.
