Leading residential real estate brokerage HomeSmart opens a new branch that will provide Omaha-based agents outstanding support and innovative tech tools

Omaha, NE – HomeSmart is pleased to announce its expanded footprint in the Midwest welcoming its newest office in Nebraska. Under the HomeSmart Realty Partners banner, broker/owners Donna Jennings and Brian Marincic will introduce Omaha and Lincoln agents to the company’s tech-forward approach to selling homes as well as its dynamic earnings system.

Located at 1299 Farnam Street in Omaha, the new office offers agents in the region a chance to join a fast-growing company that provides support to its representatives and assistance to its clients. A testament to the company’s growth, HomeSmart Realty Partners’ first office opened with only three agents in Wyoming in 2017. Now, Marcinic and Jennings oversee more than 200 agents across three states.

“The goal is always the same: deliver the best service, support and opportunities for our agents to grow their business,” notes Jennings, who has seven years of real estate experience and 30 years in the finance industry.

According to the National Association of REALTORS®, the Greater Omaha area is seeing major growth in new home sales due to its growing tech scene. More specifically, 60% of all new home sales in recent years can be attributed to the rising Millennial population who find themselves moving to the region for tech-related jobs.
