The brokerage continues Greater Atlanta metro area growth with upcoming grand opening

SUWANEE, Ga. — March 6, 2025 — HomeSmart, the nation’s leading 100%-commission brokerage, is continuing to expand in the Georgia market location. With a grand opening anticipated this month on March 12, HomeSmart’s new Suwanee location will offer local agents increased access to the brokerage’s services, support and network. 

HomeSmart’s Georgia operations have flourished since the acquisitions of PalmerHouse Properties and Solid Source Real Estate Companies, in 2021 and 2022 respectively. There are now more than 3,200

HomeSmart agents that serve the market, and the opening of the Suwanee office will unlock more growth opportunities for the real estate brand.

“The majority of our agents work in Greater Atlanta,” says HomeSmart’s Georgia Market Leader Derek Varnadoe. “This new office will provide a convenient and accessible hub for our agents in the Northeast Metro area to work and connect.”
