Arrowhead Ranch Area
The Arrowhead ranch area is located in the Northwest Valley. It is conveniently located to the 101 Freeway. There are many beautiful subdivisions in this highly desirable area. Some with lake lots and lake access. Arrowhead Mall is nearby as well as many great restaurants.
Citrus Garden Estates & Surrounding
Citrus Gardens and the surrounding area is bordered by Deer Valley Road to the South, Pinnacle Peak to the North and 83rd Avenue East to 91st Avenue West. Citrus Gardens is a 247 home custom home neighborhood with 18,000-35,00 square foot lots with no homeowners association. In the area is also some county islands with acre+ properties of various ages. Many of these already have horse set-ups ready to go. It is a little bit rural but still very close to the city and access to all the West Bell Road restaurants and stores. This is personally the area I live in and love it here.
