TO HOMESMART: I'm Helen Mottley a happy first time home buyer. I want to introduce myself I just wanted to send you a testimonial regarding my Realtor Buzz Dussault. He has been an OUTSTANDING Realtor and here are some of the reasons. When I located a house, he was always there to view it with me even on a Sunday. He was very knowledgeable about the conditions of the house. He answered all my questions regarding them. He was concerned about the neighborhoods for value as well as safety. I had some unique criteria for a house and he made sure it was met. For example, I wanted to live in a certain area, near a bus stop (since I don't own a car), the condition of the house and of the course the cost of it. He was very patient because we had seen so many houses and I was beginning to feel like I wouldn't find one. He was always hopeful and he said there was one for me (and yes there finally was.) He always kept me informed EVERY STEP in the process. He brought the documents in person to me to sign. He was always willing to do this. I really appreciate his being with me when I signed the papers to close on the house. I was very fortunate to have him as my Realtor. I have told my friends and family about him and they said they would contact him when buying or selling their house. This could end up in "book" length but I'll stop here. He deserves an award. We cannot say enough great things about him. He was our realtor for the sale of our old property, and the purchase of our new property. With his input and guidance we were able to sell our old property within the average sell time for the complex. We also received more than our asking price for this property. The process for the purchase of our new property went just as well. We ended up purchasing the new property at an excellent price, and moved in with $7000.00 in equity. We needed to close and record on both properties on the same day, so we would not be without a home for the weekend. Buzz coordinated both title companies to work together, and complete what we wanted done. We have had two prior realty experiences in the past with the purchase and refinancing of our old property. Both experiences were terrible to say the least. There was always a hidden cost, and never an answer to our questions we could understand. Buzz always had an answer for all our questions, and would explain it so we could understand. For me, it became a fun learning experience thanks to Buzz. He kept us informed up front of any costs that we would be responsible for, and in a lot of cases cut costs to us tremendously.
