Put my experience to work for you!
I began my real estate career in 1997. Before becoming a Realtor, I worked in the mortgage industry for seven years. As such, I am able to help my clients with their questions about financing.
As an investor, I have owned several personal homes and investment properties. I am familiar with inspection criteria and cash-flow requirements. My personal experience in owning and managing properties is knowledge I pass on to my clients.
I specialize in Buyer Agency Representation – which affords the highest level of protection and service to buyers. I take a personal interest in architecture and design so I enjoy visiting properties with buyers. I have also worked with numerous relocation clients. These are clients who may need extra time and attention because of their unfamiliarity with our area.
I am highly trained in listing and selling properties. I work with private individuals as well as banks and REO companies. I manage expenses, work with contractors, negotiate lien payoffs, and work through the entire sales process from beginning to end. I personally attend all my closings and never pass clients to an associate.
In addition to meeting the basic real estate licensing requirements, I have invested in completing the Graduate Realtor Institute designation (GRI). Agents with the GRI designation have spent extra time in advanced areas to better serve their clients. The GRI program includes 90 hours of coursework on various topics such as marketing, servicing, investment criteria, financial training, and real estate law. This is above and beyond the state requirements for a basic real estate license.
I am also an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR). The ABR designation means I have spent additional hours in training specifically for buyers. This has taught me how to better assist my buyers in getting what they want.
To date, I have successfully closed over 300 real estate transactions. I have years of experience and I want to be your Realtor!
