Centennial

Foxridge

• Foxridge neighborhood is part of Centennial Colorado.
• Its location is approximately South east corner of E. Dry Creek Rd. and S. Holly St., and north west corner of E. County Line Rd and S. Quebec St.
• Foxridge was built in the 1970's and 1980's. 
• Many single family dwellings: 2-story, ranch style, triple-levels and 4-levels. Some attached townhomes built in Foxridge in 1990's.  

Homestead Farm II

• Homestead Farm II neighborhood is located in Centennial, Co. 
• Built in the mid-1980s, the neighborhood has matured trees and family friendly.
• The neighborhood has approximately 450 homes.
• Pool, tennis courts, and a greenbelt makes Homestead Farm II an active neighborhood.

Lone Tree
