Real estate has been in my blood for a long time. At eighteen I started buying properties on my own. At 21 i started working with buyers and sellers, and within years I personally owned and managed over 30 rental homes, conducted several investment rehab projects, built several million dollar new construction homes and owned a commercial medical building. I am grateful for being in the Top 1% of REALTORS® for 12 years throughout my career.
Holding the following certifications: Residential Specialist, Certified Negotiation Expert, Accredited Home Stager; I also dedicate time to coaching new real estate agents.

I have been talking with him on the phone for over a month. He sounded knowledgable on the phone, however he was never able to take me to look at places! I was very disappointed to find out that a place I absolutely loved was sold, because he was not available to take me to see it quick enough even though I called him the day it came on the market. As well, it seemed as though he did not want to take me to see all the places I was interested in. Overall I was very disappointed and would never recommend him.
