We have had many experiences with Real Estate Agents, but Mariusz has been by far the hardest working, most knowledgeable, and most professional of them all. Most Real Estate agents now a days are very good at serving home buyers, but are not willing to do their all to sell homes for their sellers; This was not the case with Mariusz who made it his business to learn everything about our home, so that he could sell it for us. We highly recommend him.

We were first time home buyers when my friend recommended Mario. He went out of his way to make sure we understood every part of the buying process. Always answered his phone and returned calls. His lawyers also did a great job reviewing the purchase of our condo. He negotiated with the bank cover our closing costs, and back Association fees. This was a complicated purchase but he followed through and made our first home one of the best things we have ever did, our condo is now worth double and cant thank Mario enough. We have recommended Mario to our friends buying their first home and also had the same excellent service as well.

Mariusz (aka Mario) is the best Realtor I have ever met and all around a wonderful person. He was extremely responsive to every question I had and kept me updated every step of the way. I believe every company should employee people with such exemplary customer service as Mario. If I were to ever buy/sell a piece of property I would definitely contact Mario again.
