One of the best highlights of my real estate career has been the opportunity to have served as the President of the Orange County Association of Realtors.  I got to work with and know, literally thousands of local men and women who were helping people every day achieve the American Dream of Home Ownership.   They were working as Realtor’s.   Abiding by a Code of Ethics and Principles in dealing with their buyers, sellers and fellow professionals.   I’m glad to say people are still choosing Realtors to help them with their Real Estate Needs.  I'm proud to be a Realtor.

Becoming a Homeowner is still the best way for a family to start building wealth.   There are many programs in the market now that will let you get started by the use of a low-down payment, even borrowing extra money for closing costs.   Many people think they can’t get a loan and rule themselves out without finding out if they could qualify.   It doesn’t cost anything to try.   Check with a real estate professional.
