Florence, AZ — HomeSmart LifeStyles, a residential real estate brokerage operating in Queen Creek and Fountain Hills with more than 250 agents, is now opening a new office in Florence. Opened for business in 2017, HomeSmart Lifestyles continues its expansion with a new office serving a city that has seen a nearly 40% year-over-year increase in average listing price, according to data from Realtor.com.
Headed up by Broker/Owner Stephanie Sandoval, the new location is set to bring HomeSmart’s choice of 100% commission and its new revenue share program, HomeSmart+, to agents in the burgeoning southeast Phoenix valley, including cities like Coolidge, Queen Creek and Eloy.
Located midway between Arizona’s two largest cities, Phoenix and Tucson, Florence has seen exponential interest in investors and homeowners alike in the last decade. Recent growth in infrastructure and the commitment by major electric vehicle manufacturers, including Lucid Motors, has set the foundation for a future boom in commercial and residential development.
