HomeSmart Agents Recognized as ‘Most Productive’ in Metro Phoenix

HomeSmart Agents Ranked Nos. 1, 2 and 5 for Transaction Sides by Phoenix Business Journal

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – HomeSmart International’s Scottsdale-based real estate brokerage, had three individual agents make the Phoenix Business Journal’s “Most Productive Phoenix-Area Residential Real Estate Agents” list released earlier this month. HomeSmart is the only brokerage on the list with agents who produced more than 100 transactions in 2017, proving their continued dominance in the Phoenix Residential Real Estate market.

Three HomeSmart agents dominated among the top five rankings of transaction sides in 2017. Bobby Lieb closed more sides than any other agent on this list, Bruno Arapovic was a close runner-up at No. 2, and Kim Panozzo made the No. 5 spot.

Lieb closed 117 transaction sides.
Arapovic closed 105 transaction sides.
Panozzo closed 92 transaction sides.

These three HomeSmart agents were among the top 25 for dollar volume in Metro Phoenix in 2017:

Lieb, No. 5, had a total volume of $53.64 million.
Arapovic, No. 19, had a total volume of $607,000.
Panozzo, No. 24, had a total volume of $21.64 million.

HomeSmart’s Scottsdale-based brokerage also made the Inc. 5000 list at No. 3371 with a 115-percent, three-year growth trend earlier this year. HomeSmart is the No. 5 brokerage in the country and No. 1 in the Phoenix market since 2012 by Phoenix Business Journal.
