Broker Laurie Barrett helps owner Ryan Cook open his third office in the Commonwealth, bringing HomeSmart’s high-value/low-cost model with it.

Plymouth, MA — HomeSmart First Class Realty has opened a new office in Plymouth, Massachusetts. Located at 81 Samoset Street, Suite 6, the new location will primarily service agents in Plymouth, bringing the 100% commission model to the area.

As part of its expansion goals, the new location–under a partnership with TRIAD Realty School–will be providing educational classes. The Plymouth office will offer these continuing education courses to existing agents (both with HomeSmart and other agencies) and will look to begin offering the required 40-hour Pre-Licensing Salesperson class as well.

The HomeSmart First Class Realty team emphasizes helping new agents get their first deals and struggling agents get back on track. The brokerage’s goal is to help their agents get on a path to a lifetime of success in the real estate business.
