Real estate franchisor expands presence in Ohio with HomeSmart Real Estate Momentum
CLEVELAND ⎼ HomeSmart International is pleased to announce HomeSmart Real Estate Momentum, the newest franchise to align with the fast-growing real estate brand. This follows the 21 new franchise locations added nationwide in 2018.
Led by broker/owner duo Marianne Drenik and Greg Pernus, the new brokerage will serve agents and consumers in Northeast Ohio including Lake, Geauga, Cuyahoga and Ashtabula counties.
