Owner Dan Bowden sets up his fifth real estate location in the Land of Lincoln to meet the fast-paced growth

Orland Park, IL — HomeSmart Realty Group has expanded its real estate brokerage services in the midwest marketplace, bringing its agent-centric platform to multiple counties throughout Illinois. The Orland Park-based brokerage is headed up by owner Dan Bowden and set to allow more real estate agents to tap into the company’s 100% commission model while helping clients find a new place to call home.

To date, Bowden has opened four brick-and-mortar locations for HomeSmart throughout Illinois, as well as another in Indiana. This new location, which will focus on areas including Peoria, Morton, Perkin, Deer Creek, and others, will temporarily operate out of the Orland Park office before moving into space more central to the newly-served areas.

Bowden, who has 21 years of real estate experience, including a four-year stretch of being the top seller in the Tinley Park area, saw an opportunity to continue to grow his stake in a booming market by offering more accessibility to HomeSmart’s services.
