A true Arizona native, I was born and reared in Ajo, AZ. After graduating from Ajo High School, I attended the University of Arizona where I majored in microbiology.
I returned to Ajo and was employed as a Safety Supervisor by Phelps Dodge Corporation at their New Cornelia copper mine. When the mine was shuttered in 1985, I went to work in Holbrook, Arizona for Arizona Public Service Company. Holding several positions, I recently retired early as their Director, Transmission and Distribution Safety & Performance Excellence where I was responsible for company safety programs and employee training, including 5 registered apprenticeships.
Always having an interest in real estate, I became a registered real estate agent in Arizona and have now "hung my license" with HomeSmart. I tend to focus my efforts in the north Phoenix area.
