With great experience as a Green Valley Realtor and servicing areas in Pima and Santa Cruz Counties, I help both buyers and sellers meet their real estate objectives. I have extensive knowledge of each of the communities located in and around Green Valley, and I will work tirelessly on your behalf to make your next Green Valley,  Sahuarita or Tubac home buying or home selling experience a pleasant and successful one.

In addition, once we've narrowed down what you are looking for, we can begin the home showing process so you can get a closer look at the homes that should be a good fit.  Once you find your favorite home, I help negotiate the best possible deal for my clients with each and every real estate transaction.

    Thank you for taking the time to read this. I have just been elected to the Green Valley/Sahuarita Association of Realtors Board of Directors for 2016 -2018.  I have been a licensed full time Realtor since March 1987.  I started with Windermere Real Estate in the Seattle - Tacoma market in that year.  In 1991 I transferred to RE/MAX in Federal Way, WA. and I have been with that company until Sept. 2013,either in Washington or Green Valley.  I am a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame.  I have been the managing broker of a 40+ agent RE/MAX office in Federal Way, WA.  I have acquired the CRS designation, of which only about 2% of Realtors nation wide have earned that designation.  I have also acquired the GRI and ABR designations.  In September 2013, I moved my license over to HomeSmart Pros here in Green Valley, AZ. 
 
   As for Arizona, my in-laws built a home in Tubac in 1980 and my wife and I have been visiting once or twice a year ever since.  We bought our home in Tubac in 2001 and moved here permanently in 2011.  Selling our home and moving recently certainly gives me much more empathy with my clients.  I work out of the HomeSmart Pros office in Green Valley and look forward to helping you with all your Real Estate needs.
