Phoenix, AZ Days Inventory is Rising Sharply

There has been a shocking rise in days inventory since April of this year. The chart demonstrates just how sharp this rise has been. The overall days inventory are still historically low at 24, yet one can not ignore the sudden change the Pheonix, AZ real estate market is experiencing. We will have to monitor this data point moving forward and take this into consideration when planning to buy or sell.
