About Me

Ashley Ivey has been passionate about real estate since her earliest years growing up in Southern
California and that passion for real estate runs three generations deep. Ashley always knew she
wanted to chart a path helping others and found her true calling in real estate serving her clients
and guiding them through one of the biggest investments of their lives. Over the past 18 years,

Ashley has been a trusted real estate advisor specializing in the sales, negotiating, marketing, managing, and
mentoring of billions of dollars of real estate. She has won multiple awards, been featured in
newspapers and magazines, represented celebrities, national clients, first-time homebuyers, and
second-home buyers, just to name a few. Ashley feels incredibly blessed to work with amazing
clients who become her friends and a strong part of her network.
Ashley is a proud part of the Community Outreach Committee efforts to give back to the
multiple charities that are the backbone of our community (for our Veterans, seniors, children,
families, and animals in need).

In her free time, Ashley is an avid explorer and likes to play pickleball. She enjoys spending time
in the outdoors, together with her friends and family unit, and hanging indoors with her cat,
Mufasa, is never something she takes for granted. Ashley knows she is a very lucky woman
because she is living her life with her hobby as her profession.
Ashley Ivey has been an expert realtor for 10+ years. She began her career as a consistent quarterly award winner obtaining great recognition from her peers in Santa Clarita and San Fernando Valley.
