Martha Piñon, Real Estate Broker

Martha Piñon is currently a Broker Associate as well as Recruiter and Trainer for HomeSmart, one of the fastest growing Real Estate Franchises. Licensed since 1999, Martha has served her community with Real Estate services since 1996 when she began her career as a transaction coordinator for one of the very few minority, female owned Brokerages in greater Los Angeles area. Shortly after, Martha became a licensed salesperson, working for Wells Fargo where she was awarded Home Mortgage Consultant of the year in 2005. Martha then obtained her Real Estate Broker License in 2007 and successfully owned and operated a small Boutique firm in the Antelope Valley, persevering during the height of the Great Recession. Martha has proven that she can excel in any type of market and does so with a positive outlook, all while serving her local community through various volunteer positions. Her main purpose has always been to help others who dream of home-ownership. Martha has earned a great reputation as a community leader and as great Realtor, as reflected by her online reviews from past clients. Her main focus at this time is to train agents to become successful and adaptable in a changing market and to educate them with the latest technology.
