About Me


Lawrence is originally from New York and was stationed in Colorado by way of the US Army. Upon arriving, Lawrence fell in love with the beauty of the state and has since lived in Colorado for over 27 years. Lawrence's extended stay, was also due to his four beutiful children. He graduated from the Metropolitan State College of Denver with a B.A. in Industrial Design and is also an accomplished Artist. 

Lawrence decided to go into the Real Estate profession in 2004. He now has 11 years of experience as a Realtor, specializing in Residential Real Estate Sales and Purchases. Beyond the sale and or purchase of Luxury Homes, REO’s, Foreclosures, HUD Homes, Short Sales and Investment Properties, Lawrence is also committed to helping Veterans and First Time Home Buyers regardless of where they may be in the home buying process. 

This commitment to helping Veterans and First Time Home Buyers led him to help form the non-profit organization CCHOI.org, Colorado Collective Home Buying Initiative. The organization is dedicated in part to providing counseling, education and various resources that will assist Veterans and low to moderate income single parents, and families who desire to own a home, navigate through the home buying process. 

Lawrence realizes that today is truly a great day to buy and or sell a home. One of the primary benefits for buyers is that interest rates are at an all-time low, the lowest they have been in about 50 years and property values are rising.  One of the primary benefits to sellers is that property values are rising and there is currently a shortage of inventory, which makes competition slim. 

Lawrence also understand that purchasing and selling a home is an important step in life and feels that it is an honor and a privilege to help individuals and families through this process. Whether he is working with buyers or sellers, he always has his client’s best interest at heart. Keeping this in mind, Lawrence is dedicated to helping his clients reach their goals and in order to do this, he stays abreast of the climate of the market thereby being able to provide accurate information to his clients, thereby helping them in forming educated and realistic expectations when making decisions in the buying and selling process. 

Lawrence primarily works on a referral basis so that he can spend the vast majority of his time focused on his client’s needs and their family, friends and co-workers that his clients refer to him.
