Learning from Leaders

Today is Joseph Callaway's birthday! He and his wife, Joann, are anchor Leaders within the Real Estate community here in Arizona. They have set an example through their hard work that I am deeply proud to be a follower of. I wished Joseph Callaway a "Happy Birthday" on Facebook. It seems kind of funny to me that I have been the recipient of so much good teaching and instruction from this true icon within our industry that all he receives from me is a simple "Happy Birthday". Yet in my deeper thoughts earlier this morning I concluded that what Joseph Callaway has received from myself and so many other Realtors is a generation of professionals that have chosen to take the high road and to truly place their clients first from start to finish throughout the real estate transaction. I am thankful to have sat in Joseph and Joann Callaways presence, their teaching and instruction and been downloaded with the conviction that nothing rises higher than honesty and truth and to serve is to succeed.
Happy Birthday Joseph Callaway and thank you for giving beyond measure to our industry!
