Baby, it's cold outside

Today is December 6th, 2016. To an Arizona native it is freezing cold outside. Siri says it is 53 degrees but quickly says "I don't believe that is very cold". Odd statement for something to say, something (someone) that was conceived in California.
Having lived here since 1958 (with short momentary "adventures" to other states and countries) I have always loved the gift of 8 months of beautiful and 4 months of heat, even when its this cold. I know that in a few hours it'll warm up to the high 60's and once again I will be in Nirvana.
I love this growing town. If you are somewhere you're considering moving away from to join us in Phoenix or Scottsdale, please, call me and lets meet to discuss your dreams and make a plan to find that property that after a few short years of adaption you'll find yourself saying, "Baby, it's cold outside".
