Do I get to keep my fee plan?

Yes, the Solid Source fee plan will be honored for all agents joining HomeSmart during the transition. Slight adjustments will take place on April 1, 2023, adding in a per transaction, waivable risk reduction fee.

How do I set up AutoPay?

In February you will receive an invitation to set up your RealSmart Agent profile.

To setup Auto Pay, please enter your Credit Card or Bank Account information into RealSmart Agent

  1. Login to RealSmartagent.com
  2. From the dashboard, click on your name in the top right corner.
  3. From the User Profile menu, select the “Payments” tab.
  4. From the “Payments” tab, click on the “Setup Autopay” button and select Credit Card or Bank Account from the drop down menu.
  5. Complete the Billing and Payment Details and click the “Submit Subscription” button to finalize!
