Residents of Cave Creek will soon see their Asian food choices increase with the opening of Three Regions Vietnamese restaurant, which will be located at the northeast corner of Tatum and Dynamite, in the same center that houses Rosatis' Pizza and the soon to open Fatburger. Previously the closest place to get a bowl of Pho would be the very popular Saigon Pearl, near Tramonto. 

Speaking of Asian cuisine, Z's Asian Fusion has relocated  from it's location next to Dairy Queen, just around the corner next to Janeys' It's old location will soon be reopening as a Filibertos.'

The highly regarded Heart and Soul Cafe and Saloon, located at Carefree Highway and Black Mountain Parkway at Dove  Valley Ranch, is nearly doubling in size, with plans to offer live music nightly from Wednesday through Saturday.

Live music in the Cave Creek area area south of the Carefree Highway has been in short supply since the closing of Cocomo Joes' on Tatum several years ago. 

Heart & Soul has plans to open the expanded area soon with a revolving lineup of live acts of various genres, with plenty of space for dancing. Heart and Soul can be reached at 480-595-7300.

Native Arizona business  Greulichs' Automotive has broken ground on a new auto shop at Carefree Highway and Black Mountain Pkwy (48th St.) in Dove Valley Ranch, adjacent to existing shopping center anchors Gallaghers' sports bar and Pet Club. 

The family-run Greulichs'  plans on opening the 5000 sq. ft. shop for business by January1, 2019.

In addition to tires, batteries and oil changes, Greulichs' offers full-service auto repair, including auto glass.

There remains several vacant commercial pads on the site, one of which is owned by Discount Tire. 

Other exsiting businesses' include Leslies' Pool Supply and  popular Cave Creek eateries  Q-To-U BBQ,

Rays' Pizza, as well as the highly acclaimed Heart and Soul Cafe & Saloon.

Homes by Towne (HBT) will be releasing their new Cave Creek project to the public somehere around May, 1 2018. The 150 unit project is located at the corner of Cave Creek Rd. and Rancho Paloma, aka as Dove Valley. The condominium project will be much like the Villagio condominium project that the builder developed at the Dove Valley Ranch Golf Club, with some minor modifications. Homes by Towne (HBT) is nearly finished with their Villagio condominium development,  the residences located near the entrance of Dove Valley Golf Course. Villagio  was built in two phases over the last ten years, (with the market crash in between) and the HBT has just two units left. 

The builder will start taking reservations for their new develpment  out of their existing sales office at Villagio in the next two weeks., with the first models and new residences scheduled to be ready by Labor Day

The new neighborhood will consist of 150  condominium residences on 20 acres located at NE corner of Cave Creek Rd. and Rancho Paloma Dr, with the same floorplans as Villagio, with minor tweaks and upgrades.
